Thank you for reading our blog. We are both world travelers who have been married since 2001. Our first journey outside of the United States was to the Yucatan in 2006. Since then we have been obsessed with traveling. Some of the places we have visited include Ireland, Costa Rica, Panama, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Italy, Singapore, Puerto Rico, various parts of Canada and Mexico as well as much of the continental United States. We are currently preparing to visit the Netherlands and Egypt this summer.
It has often been a challenge to find good wholesome vegan food while traveling. We are both lovers of local street food and try to enjoy everything that can be made vegan. We hope that we can help other vegan travelers find the best vegan fare in the places that we have visited.
A little more about us.
Beverly is an education student in New York. She loves animals, creating and selling crafts through Etsy, and reading a wide variety of subjects. She was born in eastern Oregon and grew up outside of Spokane, Washington.
Josh is a law student in New York. Like his wife, he is a lover of animals, enjoys reading, writing, and blogging. He was born in Helena, Montana and grew up in various parts of Colorado and Montana.
Although we currently live in Manhattan, we consider our home to be San Francisco and look forward to returning one day. Since being married we have lived in Seattle, San Francisco and western Massachusetts before moving to New York.
